Fourteen Showrooms Across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York. Family Owned Since 1988

Two full slab galleries, twelve design showrooms, one A+D division, and a sourcing network reaching more than 50 partners worldwide.

GENROSE sources it, fabricates it in our own shop, and installs it. That means one accountable team owns the outcome, whether you start in Middletown, Bethpage, or a showroom two states away. Find the location closest to your home, your project, or your design team.

Who GENROSE Helps

Two kinds of projects come through our showrooms.

Designers, Architects, and the Trade

You are specifying for a client who notices everything. Our A+D Division helps you source material that will not turn up in every showroom in the region, then keeps the drawing, the templating, the fabrication, and the install tied to what you approved. Fewer handoffs, fewer places for a detail to get lost. Bring us the part of the project that has been hard to solve.

  • Slab sourcing through more than 50 global partners
  • Waterjet cutting, custom mosaics, and made-to-order vanity tops
  • Handmade tile produced in our own Connecticut studio
  • Natural Stone Institute accredited fabrication
  • Commercial and hospitality work alongside high-end residential

Homeowners Building Something They Plan to Keep

You are renovating a kitchen, a bath, a backsplash, or a pool deck, and you want it right the first time. A design consultant walks you through what each material actually does once it is in your house, including the maintenance nobody mentions in the brochure. Then the same company templates, fabricates, and installs it. No wondering who owns the result.

  • Kitchen countertops and islands in quartzite, marble, granite, quartz, and porcelain
  • Bath vanities, made-to-order vanity tops, and shower surrounds
  • Backsplashes, feature walls, and hand-painted or hand-carved tile
  • Pool decks, pavers, and exterior stone
  • Cabinetry, sinks, thresholds, seats, and sills

Where You Can Stand in Front of a Full Slab

No two slabs of the same stone read alike. Movement, color shifts, and features decide which part of a slab should become your island. We have full slab galleries, Middletown in Connecticut and Bethpage in New York, as well as a showroom in Far Rockaway, NY where you can walk the inventory and mark the section you want cut.

Areas We Serve

Fourteen showrooms across four states, grouped the way the region actually works. Every location draws on the same sourcing network, the same fabrication shop, and the same technical support. What changes is what your nearest showroom can put in front of you, and how far you are from a full slab. Here is how the four regions break down. Addresses and direct lines are below.

Serving Connecticut Communities

Connecticut is home. Middletown holds our main office, the A+D Division, and the state’s only full slab gallery, which is why designers from Fairfield County and the shoreline make the drive. Brookfield covers western Connecticut and the New York border towns. Guilford serves the shoreline between New Haven and Old Saybrook. Stonington, rebuilt and newly remodeled, anchors the Mystic coast and reaches into Westerly.

Greater Boston, the North Shore, and the Berkshires

Massachusetts pulls in three directions, so we put a showroom in each. Burlington sits inside 128 and serves Greater Boston and the western suburbs. Ipswich covers the North Shore, Cape Ann, and the towns north to the New Hampshire line. Lee handles the Berkshires, where second homes and historic properties bring their own material questions. None of the three is a slab gallery, so plan the viewing with your consultant.

Southern New Hampshire to the White Mountains

The projects change as you drive north. Pembroke serves Concord and the capital area. Merrimack covers the Nashua corridor and the southern tier along the Massachusetts line. Intervale sits in the Mount Washington Valley and handles the North Conway area, including seasonal homes that need surfaces built for hard winters and heavy use. Winter access and delivery timing are worth raising early.

Long Island, New York City, and the Capital Region

Four New York showrooms cover two very different markets. Bethpage is our slab gallery for the region, drawing designers from Nassau, Suffolk, and the boroughs who want to see the full slab before anything is cut. Westbury serves central Nassau. Far Rockaway, newly remodeled, works the Queens waterfront and the Five Towns. Latham reaches the Capital Region, Albany, Saratoga, and the Hudson Valley.

Beyond Our Showroom States

Our showrooms sit in four states. Our material does not. GENROSE supplies dealers and works with outside sales representatives nationwide, which is how projects well outside New England end up specifying our stone and our handmade tile, including hospitality work at the Hotel Morgan in Morgantown, West Virginia. If you want to carry our lines or source for a project out of region, start with our A+D Division.

Why Clients Across These Areas Choose GENROSE

Most showrooms in our markets do one thing. They distribute, or they fabricate, or they sell tile. GENROSE has spent more than three decades building the version where one family business sources the material, cuts it in our own shop, and installs it. Some clients drive two hours past a closer stone yard to get here. Here is what they are driving for.

  • Family owned since 1988. Roseanne sources the slabs and product lines personally. Her brother runs the warehouse and the fabrication floor.
  • Natural Stone Institute accredited. Third-party proof of our fabrication and installation standard, which many fabricators in these markets do not hold.
  • Fabrication in our own shop. Templating, cutting, waterjet work, and installation stay under one roof and one point of accountability.
  • More than 50 sourcing partners. If the right quartzite is not on our floor, the search does not stop there.
  • Handmade tile made in Connecticut. Hand-painted and hand-carved tile produced in our own studio, with custom colors, dimensions, and murals.
  • Curated, not endless. More than 300 stone varieties on hand, chosen deliberately. We would rather show you six slabs worth considering than sixty.
  • Honest about tradeoffs. Marble etches. Quartzite varies slab to slab. Porcelain needs specialized cutting. You hear that before you choose, not after.

None of that is unusual on its own. Having all of it inside one family business is.

Direct Lines for the Trade

Architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors can start with a direct line rather than the showroom floor. The A+D Division handles sourcing, availability, drawings, and fabrication questions. The Contractor Sales Desk in Middletown handles material orders and scheduling. A note for fabricators: we distribute slabs and we fabricate, but we are not trying to cut you out of your own work. Call and we will tell you what we can supply.

Start at the Showroom Nearest You

You do not need the material picked or the square footage measured before you walk in. Bring the room, a few photos, a paint chip, or a drawing your designer sent over. We will narrow the options, tell you what each one will do in that space, and take it from there to templating, fabrication, and install. Book ahead and your consultant can set the time aside.

Questions About Our Showrooms and Service Areas

Which GENROSE showrooms have full slabs on site?

Three of the fourteen. Far Rockaway, The Middletown Showroom and Slab Gallery in Connecticut and the Bethpage Slab Gallery in New York. Just walk the inventory and mark the section of a slab you want cut. The other showrooms handle material selection through your design consultant, the full catalog, and our digital slab tools.

Which showroom should I start with?

Start with the one closest to your home, your project, or your design team. Your consultant can bring in sourcing, fabrication, and technical support from the rest of the company regardless of which door you walk through. If your project calls for viewing a full slab, they will arrange that at Middletown or Bethpage.

Can GENROSE source material that is not displayed in my nearest showroom?

Yes. We work with more than 50 sourcing partners worldwide, so the search does not end with what is on the floor that day. Bring the application, the dimensions, and any reference you already have, and your consultant can work through the options from there.

Does GENROSE fabricate and install, or only supply the material?

Both. We handle templating, fabrication, and installation in our own shop, including waterjet cutting and custom work. Final scope depends on the material, the application, and site conditions, which is worth confirming early rather than at templating.

Should I book an appointment before visiting?

Booking ahead gives your consultant time to pull material, review your plans, and focus on your project rather than fitting it between walk-ins. If you have drawings, photos, dimensions, or a color reference, send them ahead or bring them with you.

Can I work with GENROSE from outside Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York?

Yes. We supply dealers and work with outside sales representatives nationwide, and our stone and handmade tile turn up in projects well outside New England, including hospitality work at the Hotel Morgan in Morgantown, West Virginia. For out-of-region projects or dealer inquiries, start with our A+D Division at 860-807-3072.
